Title: Contract Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 03 months contract to hire

Qualification:

• Reviewing commercial B2B contracts
• They'll be responsible for reviewing both legal and business contract terms.
• Deep experience (3+ years) negotiating, reviewing, and redlining legal terms. (Input and guidance on business terms in partnership with business owner.)
• Coupa CLM
• Experience reviewing B2B contracts.
• Indirect spend contract experience, including complex technology agreements.
• Experience working closely with procurement, or as part of a procurement team, and interacting closely with business stakeholders and other support functions across the organization.
• Comfortable asking questions to ensure efficient flow of contracts assigned, as procurement optimization is in process.
