We have a dedicated team of 40+ corporate partnering and licensing lawyers across the US, UK and Asia, including senior team members who are internationally recognized as being the best in their field. We work on a wide range of licensing-related transactions, including research collaborations, territory-specific licenses, co-development agreements, spin-out transactions, asset divestitures, joint ventures, and options to license or acquire, and our deals involve technologies across the therapeutic, diagnostic, medical device and agricultural biotechnology fields.
The expected salary for this position is based on an annualized rate of pay of $225,000
A technical background, particularly in biology, chemistry, medicine, or something similar, is helpful but not required. An interest in learning about and understanding new technologies is essential.
Patent prosecution experience or knowledge of patent law is also a plus but not a prerequisite.
