This candidate will support attorneys and the paralegal team with management of discovery in our case management system, with internal staff, and with defendants’ counsel. The ideal candidate has four to seven years of experience, has expert-level Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat skills (including Table of Authorities, Table of Contents, form fillable PDFs, Bates stamping), has supported trial attorneys, has docketing experience, has experience with e-filing in Federal and State courts, and is an excellent drafter and formatter of pleadings and discovery documents. SMVLC is a virtual firm with a small office in Seattle, but our people work from home across the country. This is a salaried role; long-term benefits are significant.
