Summary

Administers numerous contracts annually and supports district-wide operations which include a wide variety of contracts such as physician employment agreements, service and supply agreements, software licensing agreements, clinical trial agreements, business associate agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

Education

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program. Master’s or Juris Doctorate preferred.

Experience

Essential:

• Seven years of contract drafting, negotiation and administration in healthcare or another heavily regulated industry. Healthcare compliance and/or government organization experience preferred.

Special Training

• Expert level knowledge of contract structure and terms, comprehensive understanding of contract law, commercial law and corporate governance. Ability to interpret and analyze complex contractual terms and their consequences in practical application, are required.
