Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Category Manager to lead the review and negotiation of Statements of Work (SOWs) under $100K. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with legal and sourcing policies while efficiently managing high-volume contract activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate SOWs in alignment with legal clause guidance and sourcing policies
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to shape SOWs that meet project and business goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers during negotiation and issue resolution
  • Manage high-volume SOW processes (~2,400 annually), maintaining accurate records and KPI tracking

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 8+ years in procurement, sourcing, or contract negotiation
  • Proficiency in procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Icertis) and contract processes
