Summary
As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will be an integral part of the Legal Department, responsible for supporting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions. This role will also work closely with Growth teams to negotiate commercial contracts, as well as support the company's compliance and regulatory functions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance, with a strong background supporting complex corporate transactions.
This position will support our Legal team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of Dallas, TX.
