Job Description
We are looking for an attorney with three to six years of corporate transactional experience in the entertainment business to join our growing team. Entertainment experience and catalog sale/acquisition experience is preferred. This is a unique hybrid opportunity to work on sophisticated entertainment financing and corporate transactions as well as day-to-day talent and production matters involved in the creation and distribution of intellectual property. We are seeking someone who can think critically, is willing to work hard, learn, grow, and contribute and problem-solve creatively. Salary
The base annual pay range for this role is between $170,000 - $230,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. Additional medical, financial and/or other benefits will be offered dependent on the position.
