DASSAULT SYSTEMES is looking for a motivated SR. Legal Counsel – Intellectual Property to join our Legal team in our Waltham, MA office, in an onsite/hybrid role.
As a member of our North American legal team, you will be part of the Intellectual Property team providing support on a wide range of IP-focused issues in varied areas, including managing IP contractual matters, M&A due diligence, IP litigation, and handle other legal responsibilities.

_Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $160,000 - $190,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
