We are seeking a skilled Contract / Freelance Litigation Attorney with 10-15 years of experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional looking for flexible work with the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization. Key Responsibilities

• Managing and resolving legal disputes, representing the company in litigation matters, and advising on compliance, regulatory risks, and business operations
• Conducting legal research, developing case strategies, and representing the company in pre-litigation disputes, pleadings, discovery, trial and appeal
• Handle a variety of legal disputes including contract breaches, product liability, employment law, licensing issues, and regulatory enforcement
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills are essential
• Assist with other legal projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in one of the following states: FL, MA, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VA.
• 10-15 years of experience in litigation experience, preferably within exposure to regulated industries
• Excellent legal writing, analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
