We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Litigation Technology & eDiscovery Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting litigation technology functions and managing litigation databases. Although based in our Uniondale office, this position provides support across all firm offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and administer Relativity workspaces for document review.
- Process discovery data for attorney review in Relativity, including imaging and OCR.
- Analyze and upload production data to Relativity, ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate and conduct quality control checks on vendor-processed Client.
- Set up search term reports and persistent highlight sets in Relativity.
- Prepare document productions including export, QC, and encryption of final deliverables.
- Provide technical support during hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Organize and inventory case data in a structured format.
- Conduct email archive searches using Mimecast.
- Download and prepare client data for review and internal access.
- Implement and manage litigation holds and ethical walls using Intapp.
- Encrypt and transfer data securely via ShareFile or physical media.
- Stay informed of eDiscovery best practices and evolving technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, preferably in a law firm or with an eDiscovery vendor.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Client processing, document review platforms, and litigation database management.
- Strong understanding of the EDRM and standard litigation support workflows.
- Proficiency with Relativity is required.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery analytics tools is preferred.
- SQL scripting experience is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
