This position requires an analytical professional who can:
- Understand and keep current with the US regulations and apply to all marketing and advertising output.
- Partner with Marketing and Distribution to ensure seamless compliance review processes, evidence and approvals.
- Coordinates with global marketing compliance team members to streamline efficiencies and understand global compliance.
Responsibilities
- Independently implement and enforce compliance policies related to marketing and advertising
- Assist in developing compliance-approved marketing materials and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate and communicate implementation of new or revised regulatory requirements relevant to the business
- Provide regular reporting to the Senior Compliance Officer and CCO, the US head of Marketing, and other relevant stakeholders in relation to both marketing material generation and adherence to the compliance program.
- Assist with the development and execution of compliance projects and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-7 years of regulatory compliance experience at an SEC-registered investment advisor, focused on marketing and advertising reviews and creating marketing
- Experience with equity, fixed income and private market investment strategies and various investment products (including private funds, separate accounts, and CITs)
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and across departments globally
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to function both independently and within a team environment
- Well-organized problem-solver able to manage priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
Salary Range
$90,000 - $120,000
The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan.
