GEICO is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to lead a team of data analytics professionals in a large corporate legal department. This role requires strong expertise in analyzing both financial and non-financial data, conceptualizing and executing data-driven stories, and managing multiple large datasets. You will partner closely with technical and data governance teams to design and build data infrastructure and systems for efficient data processing and analysis. Role will also mentor and guide a team of analysts, advanced modeling techniques and statistical methods. Due to the sensitivity of the data, a high level of integrity and discretion is required to ensure confidentiality.

Location: HYBRID - The individual will be required to work onsite in our Chevy Chase, MD location 3-4 days per week.
Annual Salary
$151,700.00 - $235,750.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
