This Procurement Counsel role will provide counsel to the ISC and Procurement function within Solstice Advanced Materials. This role will work closely with the General Counsel of Procurement as well as other leaders of the ISC and Legal functions to anticipate and mitigate potential legal, contracts and compliance issues within the organization and develop strategies to drive procurement productivity, avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk tactically and programmatically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the Procurement Legal leadership team.
  • Develop close partnerships with ISC and Procurement leaders within SAM to support the Law & Contracts strategies and effectively lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various types of commercial contracts to support products and projects business.
  • Provide advice on a wide range of supply chain and procurement related legal and business matters to senior leaders in ISC
  • Drive continuous improvement on legal and contract processes, templates, and playbooks, etc.
  • Manage all supplier litigations and non-litigation supplier claims to minimize risks and maximize recovery, including working with internal and/or external litigation counsels.
