Paralegal
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with 80 offices covering all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Paralegal in its expanding Providence, RI office. Ideal candidate must have at least three years of experience with an emphasis on residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Qualifications
- Experience with all phases of real estate closings
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Must have the ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
- Experience preparing and filing legal documents (RI, Federal and State Courts)
- Experience filing annual reports and forming corporations
- Strong computer skills
- Paralegal certificate is required
Salary Range: $45,000-$90,000
