What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Law, Business, Education, Instructional Design) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering compliance training programs.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for technology and its application to enhance learning.
  • Visionary mindset with a desire to innovate and continuously improve training programs.Bonus Points:
  • Experience with emerging learning technologies (e.g., VR, AI, gamification).

How you will lead

  • Lead the strategy and execution of all compliance training initiatives. This includes needs assessment, curriculum development, delivery methods, and evaluation of effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of compliance training materials utilizing a variety of formats (e.g., eLearning modules, videos, interactive simulations, in-person sessions, gamification) to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure training content is current and relevant.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across the organization to develop and deliver specialized compliance training programs.
  • Leverage technology to enhance the learning experience. This could include learning management systems (LMS), microlearning platforms, virtual reality (VR) tools, and data analytics to track progress and measure impact.
  • Develop and implement creative communication strategies to promote compliance awareness and encourage employee participation in training programs.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Compliance leadership to identify and mitigate compliance risks through targeted training interventions.

Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is

Bay Area California $159,000 - $215,000

Southern California $2142,000 - $192,500

Washington DC $132,500 - $179,500This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
