About The Job
As an Associate Commercial Counsel on the Global Media Partnerships subteam, you will work on negotiating, drafting and analyzing a wide variety of film, television, and sports digital distribution licenses for YouTube and YouTube TV as part of Google's growing digital media business. Your job will focus on negotiating and drafting linear television distribution agreements for YouTube TV, including new subscription products related to YouTube TV. Your job will also include a wide cross section of YouTube transactional and commercial legal work, including marketing, advertising, and other major media agreements in support of YouTube’s Global Media Partnerships team. You will counsel business development executives and lead on agreement interpretational issues, including risk analysis and product advertisement.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $210,000-$312,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
