The Contract Operations Manager supports the procurement function by managing contract lifecycles, ensuring vendor compliance, maintaining contract records, and assisting with negotiation and implementation of supply agreements. This role ensures contracts align with business goals, legal requirements, and procurement policies. The role will be responsible for managing the expansion and training of the global indirect team. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and administering procurement contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and vendor agreements; maintaining a centralized repository of all procurement-related contracts and documentation; tracking and managing key contract dates; collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance; leading the expansion of the global indirect team across multiple regions; designing and executing training programs; monitoring team and vendor performance; ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards; supporting audits; generating reports and dashboards; identifying process improvements; supporting contract lifecycle management tools; leading transformational procurement projects; championing sustainability initiatives; and developing change management strategies. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; 8+ years of experience in strategic procurement with a focus on contract management; strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and program management skills; experience leading teams; proficiency in procurement tools; knowledge of regulatory requirements; passion for sustainability; and experience in the automotive industry is ideal.
