Thompson Coburn is seeking an attorney with up to 6+ years of experience to join its Private Client practice group in St. Louis. Ideal candidates will have a strong background with sophisticated estate planning matters including gift, estate, and related income tax planning, estate and trust administration, charitable planning and family business succession planning. This role involves advising high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and multi-generational families on complex estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and business succession planning. Candidates should demonstrate excellent client service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex matters independently.
