Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate eDiscovery Project Manager to join our Cyber Incident Response team. In this role, you will support high-stakes data breach response projects—facilitating the analysis of compromised data, managing eDiscovery workflows, and helping clients meet regulatory obligations. You will work closely with forensic analysts, attorneys, and data analysts to manage structured and unstructured data sets using industry-leading tools. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in legal technology or eDiscovery looking to grow within the fast-evolving cybersecurity and data analytics space. --- Key Responsibilities: · Assist with the end-to-end coordination of data breach response projects, including data ingestion, preservation, processing, analytics, and mining. · Support the use of advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Relativity) to extract, analyze, and classify sensitive data such as PII, PHI, GDPR personal data, and other regulated information. · Interface with clients, forensic examiners, legal counsel, and insurance partners to ensure accurate and timely data analysis and reporting. · Assist in mapping data flows and identifying potentially impacted data sets across structured (e.g., databases, spreadsheets) and unstructured sources (e.g., emails, documents). · Coordinate with the review management team to facilitate a seamless project lifecycle. · Generate clear, accurate status updates and assist in drafting data mining reports. · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and state breach notification laws. · Maintain meticulous documentation and audit trails for defensibility and quality assurance. ---

Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in eDiscovery, cyber incident response, or related field. · 1–3 years of experience in eDiscovery, breach response, or litigation support, with a strong focus on data analytics. · Familiarity with the EDRM model and its application in cyber incidents. · Proficiency in one or more analytics/eDiscovery tools: Relativity, Nuix, Reveal AI, Brainspace, or similar platforms. · Strong understanding of sensitive data types and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). · Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. · Strong aptitude for working with large data sets and navigating complex file systems and data sources. · Experience working with or for a Managed Services Provider (MSP), cyber law firm, or incident response vendor is highly desirable.
