The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Counsel to join our Dallas or Houston offices and the Seyfarth Real Estate Department.

You Have
- 7+ years of extensive experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions and leasing. Experience with industrial and data center leasing is a plus, but not required.
- Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base, including those involved in data center, e-commerce and fulfillment, and mixed use development.
- Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
- Admission to the Texas State bar or meet the requirements to waive in.
