Summary : AmTrust is looking for a corporate attorney to be part of the legal department’s strategic corporate transactions team and finance team. This person will support legal aspects of AmTrust’s M&A and investments in partnership with AmTrust’s strategic development team. This person will also provide support for AmTrust finance, real estate, and certain special projects and general corporate matters.

The salary range for this role is $250,000 - $325,000. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in our Maiden Lane, NYC office. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics. This range may be modified in the future.
