SeniorLIFE+ is actively seeking a Training and Compliance Manager! This position is responsible for training hourly staff at the facility to ensure all health and safety standards are met. The position will be responsible for servicing and/or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications. The Training and Compliance Manager will lead the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations.
Job Responsibilities
This position will be heavily involved with and focused on training Food Service, EVS and on Resident/Patient Experience.

Qualifications
Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare services
Requires up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients, residents/patients, and consumers
