Role: Technical Project Manager - Software Development (C#/.Net) Location: Hybrid in Cincinnati OH Duration: 6 months, Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: W2 Only (NO Third Party)

Job summary: The Technical Project Manager for the Development Team plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering software projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The PM will coordinate cross-functional efforts between backend, frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams, ensuring alignment with the company's product roadmap and engineering goals.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Experience managing software development projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Experience in .NET / React / React Native / Azure environments.
  • Proven experience with Azure DevOps , Jira , or similar project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • PMP, CSM, or Agile Project Management certification, strongly preferred.
