Position: Compliance Officer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $80–$140/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design questions related to your occupation as a Compliance Officer for a top AI company.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Ensure all tasks align with industry standards and project goals.
Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
Adapt to varying weekly workloads while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

Must-Have

4+ years full-time work experience as a Compliance Officer.
Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).

Compensation & Legal

At-will contractor to Mercor.
Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged hours.
Industry-standard compensation expectations met.
Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
