Position: Compliance Officer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $80–$140/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to your occupation as a Compliance Officer for a top AI company.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all tasks align with industry standards and project goals.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
• Adapt to varying weekly workloads while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years full-time work experience as a Compliance Officer.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).

Compensation & Legal

• At-will contractor to Mercor.
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged hours.
• Industry-standard compensation expectations met.
• Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
