Posted Nov 25 Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking a J.D. to work with attorneys, other conflicts department staff, and the Firm’s General Counsel to help identify, evaluate, and resolve ethical and business conflict issues. This non-practicing attorney position will play an important role in facilitating the resolution of potential conflicts of interest in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
