Attorney (Contract)

The successful candidate will play an integral role in reviewing non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining the integrity of case preparation programs. This role requires applying immigration law expertise to support daily workflow targets while training administrative staff, conducting legal reviews, and addressing complex compliance matters including I-9 completion and E-Verify issues. The position demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality and efficiency are paramount.
