Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Counsel Security Attorney position located in Orlando, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice related to corporate security, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and managing legal risks. The role involves working closely with internal teams to address matters such as regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, contracts, and corporate governance. The attorney will anticipate and mitigate potential legal issues and serve as the primary legal adviser for corporate security-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Legal expertise in corporate law, with strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory environments
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as contracts and agreements
  • Knowledge of intellectual property protection and practices
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and mitigate legal risks
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal stakeholders
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Bar
  • Previous experience in corporate security or relevant industries (e.g., aerospace, defense) preferred
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Orlando, FL
