Overview
The Corporate and External Legal Affairs (CELA) AI & Research legal team is hiring for a Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as a trusted adviser for Microsoft's AI Partnerships.
As Senior Corporate Counsel you will provide legal support for strategic collaborations that advance Microsoft’s AI initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of technology law, intellectual property, and regulatory frameworks impacting AI. You will partner closely with engineering, business development, and policy teams to enable responsible innovation and compliance across global markets.

Legal Counsel IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $147,000 - $258,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $185,900 - $278,900 per year.
