Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists in ensuring compliance with all Maryland Gaming Regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Laws for Horseshoe Casino Baltimore.

Job Functions

  • Performs daily audits of MTL, NIL and CTR related activities.
  • Makes recommendations for currency transaction and suspicious activity reporting through audit analyses and critique
  • Performs audits for Suspicious Activity Reporting
  • Responsible for accurate completion of SAR forms
  • Ensures compliance with all State and Federal agencies with respect to AML/Title 31, FinCen Form 8300, and SAR reporting
  • Assists departments with AML/Title 31, FinCen Form 8300, and SAR reporting materials necessary for the training and testing of employees responsible for documenting recordable transactions
  • Gathers all source documents related to Cash Transaction Reports for compliance with Title 31, and routes to Consolidated AML Team
  • Performs data entry and processing for the Company’s Responsible Gaming Program and State Exclusion programs and requirements.
  • Supports the Regulatory Compliance Manager in the creation and editing of departmental procedures and Internal Controls
  • Communicates both written and orally with affiliated departments on variance, statistics and exceptions to policy and procedures

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years related experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills a must.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of casino operations preferred
  • Must be proficient with word processing and spreadsheet computer applications, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

Compensation & Benefits

  • $43,000 base salary
