Performs daily audits of MTL, NIL and CTR related activities.
Makes recommendations for currency transaction and suspicious activity reporting through audit analyses and critique
Performs audits for Suspicious Activity Reporting
Responsible for accurate completion of SAR forms
Ensures compliance with all State and Federal agencies with respect to AML/Title 31, FinCen Form 8300, and SAR reporting
Assists departments with AML/Title 31, FinCen Form 8300, and SAR reporting materials necessary for the training and testing of employees responsible for documenting recordable transactions
Gathers all source documents related to Cash Transaction Reports for compliance with Title 31, and routes to Consolidated AML Team
Performs data entry and processing for the Company’s Responsible Gaming Program and State Exclusion programs and requirements.
Supports the Regulatory Compliance Manager in the creation and editing of departmental procedures and Internal Controls
Communicates both written and orally with affiliated departments on variance, statistics and exceptions to policy and procedures

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills a must.
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of casino operations preferred
Must be proficient with word processing and spreadsheet computer applications, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Read, write, speak, and understand English
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
