Are you a seasoned litigator ready to make an impact at a Fortune 100 company? Nationwide’s Trial Division is hiring a Senior Trial Attorney to join our Commercial Complex (Large Loss) team in Atlanta, GA.

In this role, you’ll lead complex civil litigation cases across a wide range of insurance defense matters, including personal and commercial lines. You’ll work independently and collaboratively, managing a diverse caseload with minimal oversight, while mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to a culture of excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Represent Nationwide clients in high-stakes litigation across Georgia.
• Deliver strategic legal counsel and trial advocacy with precision.
• Collaborate with claims partners and internal teams.
• Stay ahead of legal trends and court procedures.
• Mentor and lead by example within the Trial Division.

What You Bring

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia bar license.
• 8+ years of civil litigation experience in insurance defense or subrogation.
• Strong trial, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Tech-savvy, organized, and proactive.
