
LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Clark Hill PLC is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience to join its Chicago office. This role reports to the Office Manager and assigned attorneys and is responsible for providing comprehensive legal secretarial and administrative support. Duties include preparing letters, memos, pleadings, and other legal documents; entering conflict information and supporting documentation for new client intake; filing pleadings electronically or manually with the appropriate court systems; docketing deadlines into a central system; coordinating travel arrangements and expense reimbursements; providing documentation to clients and other parties; answering direct-dial calls for assigned attorneys; maintaining organized filing systems for attorney and client work; and entering attorney time. While the position primarily supports litigation attorneys, flexibility to assist others across practice areas is expected.

The salary range at the time of posting is $60,000.00 -$85,000.00 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
