Job Summary
Location: Hybrid (3–4 days per week), preferably based in a major hub city where TYLin has strong operations or legal team presence (e.g., Chicago, Toronto, New York, San Francisco, Vancouver — other cities will be considered).
TYLin is seeking an experienced and business-minded AVP, Chief Alternative Delivery Counsel to serve as the firm’s senior legal authority on Alternative Delivery Methods across North America. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Region Chief Counsel – North America. You will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance and hands-on support in all aspects of complex project delivery—particularly Public-Private Partnerships (P3), Design-Build (DB), Progressive Design-Build (PDB), and other integrated project delivery models.
This role plays a vital part in driving risk-aware growth, optimizing contract strategies, and ensuring legal excellence across TYLin’s expanding portfolio of complex infrastructure projects delivered through non-traditional contracting methods.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $200,000 - $290,000 annually for this position and local market.
