_ The Opportunity
We are seeking an attorney to serve as Corporate Counsel and support the Company’s growing legal function. This role will focus on commercial real estate legal matters across our national medical office portfolio, which currently exceeds nine million square feet, and will provide legal support to the Company’s acquisitions, development, and leasing activities.
The Corporate Counsel will report to the head of the legal department and work closely with senior legal leadership, internal teams, and outside counsel. This role requires a strong understanding of how contractual and transactional decisions impact asset performance, risk management, and stakeholder priorities, along with the ability to provide practical, business oriented legal guidance.
