Surety/ Construction Paralegal - Collin County, TX
Clark Hill PLC is seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience for its Surety/ Construction group. Responsibilities for this role include drafting routine correspondence and legal documents; collecting, organizing, and reviewing records; assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation; and filing complex pleadings.

- Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate
- Trial preparation experience
- Excellent computer skills with a high-level attention to detail
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- The ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
The salary range at the time of posting is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
