
Clark Hill’s real estate practice group is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our San Francisco office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters, with an emphasis on real estate litigation, as part of a collaborative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience supporting litigation matters, including foreclosures, enforcement of judgments, assisting with motion and trial preparation, organizing trial exhibits, and maintaining case materials, as well as experience handling real estate closings, title reviews, corporate filings, and drafting and recording documents with County Recorders across California. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. A Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate is required. This position offers a hybrid-remote schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely. The salary range at the time of posting is $85,000 - $100,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
