Director Of Attorney Recruiting Job Details
Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. is one of the largest law firms in the Western United States with 500+ attorneys throughout seventeen offices. The firm has been experiencing growth and is creating this new Director of Attorney Recruiting role to enhance and lead its attorney recruitment initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, the Director of Attorney Recruiting will oversee the full cycle of attorney recruitment for both law student and lateral attorney positions. The Director will lead a team of recruiting talent professionals , working closely with Executive Leadership, Practice Group Leaders, and hiring committees to develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with the firm’s growth and talent objectives.

The Director of Attorney Recruiting role offers a salary range of $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 . Compensation will vary based on the selected candidate’s experience, qualifications, and work location.
