Position: Principal Consultant Duration: 6 Months+ 3 Years Renewal Location: Onsite – Tallahassee, Florida 32399 Job Description: Purpose: This scope of work is for consulting services related programmatic support for the Division of Medical Quality Assurance. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENING: The Department will conduct a criminal history record check, including fingerprinting, on the consultant assigned by the Contractor prior to the consultant commencing work for the Department. The Department retains sole discretion as to whether the results of the criminal history record check will result in the Contractor’s employee being disqualified from performing services pursuant to this agreement. Contractor Qualifications and Experience:

1. A minimum of ten years of experience implementing regulatory requirements for governmental programs.
2. A minimum of ten years of experience formulating organizational strategy and directing major strategic initiatives or performing project management for implementation of governmental initiatives.
3. A minimum of ten years of experience analyzing processes and developing briefing documents.
4. A minimum of ten years of experience providing executive-level consultation for governmental programs.
5. A minimum of ten years of experience formulating and enforcing work standards for governmental and regulatory initiatives and projects.
