The salary range for this position is between $68,000-$82,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Paralegal to support our General Counsel in managing complex legal matters, ensuring compliance, and streamlining legal operations. This role requires strong judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
Position Purpose :
Assist General Counsel in providing advanced legal and administrative support to the company. The Senior Paralegal will handle administrative tasks associated with contracts and legal matters, including proofreading and review of agreements, employment law, immigration, intellectual property, and contract lifecycle tracking. This role requires significant experience in business law and the ability to work independently on sophisticated legal and administrative
tasks.
