Moog’s Corporate Legal Team is seeking a Global Compliance Program Manager!
As the Global Compliance Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the implementation and sustainment of the company’s enterprise compliance program components, such as but not limited to a Global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Global Compliance Director and a diverse global network of stakeholders, within functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Contracts, Legal. You will drive alignment, foster collaboration, and ensure consistent global adoption through effective communication, training, and change management strategies.
The ideal candidate has a firm understanding of the enterprise compliance program components associated with global manufacturing organizations. You should be flexible, adaptable, and resourceful to ensure compliance goals are identified and achieved.
You will work a hybrid schedule, at a Moog U.S. facility.

Buffalo, NY $150,000.00–$185,000.00 Annually
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
