
The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide general office support for our Financial Services Sector attorneys and paralegals. This will include maintaining and organizing files, managing appointments and calendaring deadlines, proofreading and formatting documents, and utilizing case management software to keep cases organized. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative assistant experience, preferably working with litigation matters.
Where You'll Work The Legal Administrative Assistant role is an hourly non-exempt position and will work full-time at our Sarasota, Florida office.
