As a Senior Corporate Counsel, New Ventures, you’ll be part of a growing team that supports DraftKings’ newest products, including DraftKings Predictions. You’ll focus on providing strategic product counseling and navigating evolving financial and product regulatory landscapes. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Revenue Operations, Compliance, and other teams to enable innovation while managing risk. You’ll also work alongside other Legal team members as a subject matter expert who thrives on solving complex legal puzzles and translating advice into actionable guidance. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 183,200.00 USD - 229,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
