We’re hiring an experienced Legal Secretary to support our busy Business Litigation and Civil Litigation teams in downtown San Diego. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and bring precision, responsiveness, and a proactive mindset to your work, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys who handle complex business and civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of experience in high-volume civil litigation and are confident handling:

  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
  • E-filing in both state and federal courts, without the use of a full-service e-filing service provider
  • Maintaining attorney calendars and tracking litigation deadlines
  • Communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Supporting attorneys with a variety of work styles and preferences
  • Assisting with logistics and materials for mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials
