Nesco Resource is partnering with a well-established, highly respected law firm we’ve worked with for years to identify an experienced Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Paralegal to join their growing litigation team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing plaintiff-side personal injury and medical malpractice cases from intake through trial preparation
- Drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and legal correspondence
- Reviewing, organizing, and summarizing complex medical records
- Assisting attorneys with filings, motion practice, deadlines, and trial preparation
- Communicating directly with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses
What We’re Looking For Required:
- Strong plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Solid understanding of litigation procedures and case management
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently and proactively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office
Highly Preferred:
- Medical malpractice experience
- Experience working with medical records, summaries, authorizations, and expert coordination
