What You’ll Do

Are you a seasoned litigation paralegal who thrives in high-stakes, complex matters and enjoys leading teams through every phase of trial? As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you’ll oversee all aspects of large-scale litigation, including high-volume discovery, court filings, trial preparation, and litigation technology. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to attorneys, supervise paralegal teams, and ensure cases move forward efficiently and accurately.

  • Complex Discovery Oversight – Manage large document productions, including collection, organization, chain of custody, privilege logs, and multi-format production.
  • Litigation Technology & Databases – Design and manage document review databases and workflows in partnership with Litigation Support, with advanced use of Relativity.
  • Substantive Research – Analyze case materials, research opposing experts, and interpret procedural rules across jurisdictions.
  • Court Filings & Case Management – Coordinate filings and service, draft routine pleadings, compile exhibits, and work with courts and local counsel.
  • Citation & Quality Control – Perform legal and factual cite checking using Bluebook standards, Westlaw, and Lexis.
  • Trial Preparation & Support – Prepare pretrial materials, manage exhibits and transcripts, and support trials and hearings, including attendance.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration – Supervise junior paralegals and litigation teams while managing multiple matters and deadlines.
  • External Engagement – Interact with clients, experts, consultants, government agencies, and court personnel.

What You’ll Bring

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience – 10+ years of experience supporting complex litigation, including large discovery and trial support.
  • Litigation Expertise – Strong background in database management, document imaging, and end-to-end trial preparation.
  • Technology Skills – Advanced proficiency with Relativity, TextMap, Westlaw, PACER Pro, electronic filing systems, and Microsoft Office (including Excel and DMS).
  • Leadership & Organization – Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility – Willingness to accommodate travel and overtime; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
