Trade Compliance Program Manager, Tariffs & Trade Operations
Amazon is seeking a Trade Compliance Program Manager with expertise in US tariffs to build the technical infrastructure that powers Amazon's global trade operations. This role is integral to scaling Amazon's supply chain strategy by partnering with technology teams to create systems that enable intelligent business planning decisions across duty, tariff, and optimization topics. You will help train the brain of Amazon's core trade infrastructure.
This role impacts several business units across Amazon's North America operations, requiring deep collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver unified trade technology solutions.

A day in the life
You'll work closely with engineers to define system requirements, review technical designs, and validate that trade logic is correctly implemented. You'll translate regulatory complexity into clear technical specifications, partner with data scientists on optimization algorithms, and ensure Amazon's trade systems can support sophisticated business planning decisions. You're building the intelligence layer that powers Amazon's global supply chain.
About The Team
This position reports is part of the Global Trade Services (GTS) function. GTS is responsible for providing global trade and product compliance support for Amazon businesses, creating efficient processes that meet demanding cross border regulations, while minimizing impact to the business.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
