This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated person to join a well-established legal team within a global organization. In this role, you will serve a vital role and gain broad exposure to the company’s operations while supporting the legal team.

This position is based in-office at Troon’s Scottsdale headquarters and reports to Troon’s Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel.

Essential Duties

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals across a variety of legal matters.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Assist with contract intake, tracking, routing, execution, and filing in the contract management system.
  • Coordinate signatures and manage document execution using electronic signature platforms.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, databases, and records in accordance with department procedures.
  • Assist with litigation and claim tracking within the litigation management system.
  • Process and track legal invoices, including outside counsel and vendor billing, and assist with budget tracking and reporting.
  • Communicate with internal business teams regarding document status, requests, and process questions.
  • Support legal operations by maintaining systems accuracy, improving workflows, and assisting with special projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, legal assistant, or office support role (law firm or in-house experience preferred).
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree (business-related preferred).
  • Experience supporting litigation matters and/or legal invoicing strongly preferred.
  • Notary Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • Experience using contract management, document management, e-signature, and legal billing systems preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
