
Temporary Legal Secondment

Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 20-30 hours per week
About the Role
Integreon is seeking an experienced attorney to provide temporary legal support covering the responsibilities of the Lead Attorney for the Americas. This secondment will ensure seamless legal support for U.S. commercial contracting, global procurement, and sales team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage day-to-day U.S. commercial contracts.
- Support Global Procurement and OEM/Supply Chain contracting, including RFPs and negotiations with indirect service providers and equipment suppliers.
- Provide guidance on Non-Disclosure Agreements and support escalations from U.S. sales teams.
- Advise commercial contract negotiations and applicable regulations, including healthcare, antitrust, and related commercial matters.
- Participate as a legal stakeholder in cross-functional management initiatives.
- Provide direct legal support to U.S. sales, marketing, and product teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–6+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Active membership in good standing with at least one State Bar.
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating:
- Commercial, supply, and licensing agreements
- OEM commercial agreements
- Quality agreements
- Clinical trial and study agreements
- Marketing agreements
- Healthcare regulatory and/or clinical legal experience is a strong plus (including clinical trial regulations and discount pricing arrangements with healthcare customers such as Group Purchasing Organizations).
- Familiarity with Canadian legal systems is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to responsiveness (within one business day or sooner as business needs require).
- Willingness to maintain a matter log and participate in a transition handoff at the end of the engagement.
- Must pass Bio-Rad’s Infosecurity Review and AI Intake Assessment (if using AI tools).
