We’re looking for a highly experienced business and trademark paralegal to join the NVIDIA team and support a broad range of trademark and brand-related matters, with a strong emphasis on project and contract management, plus experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement. In this role, you’ll work closely with NVIDIA’s business trademark attorneys, product and commercial legal teams, business leaders, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders to help protect and grow NVIDIA’s global brand portfolio.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD for Level 4, and 160,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 5.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
