Key job responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements with pharmacy industry partners, payers, and suppliers
- Provide strategic counsel on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
- Support pharmacy operations and new initiatives
- Collaborate with privacy, information security, and compliance teams on regulatory and compliance requirements

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in healthcare regulatory or compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmacy law and regulations
- Background in pharmacy contracting
- Healthcare technology experience
- Understanding of pharmacy operations and benefit management
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
