Posted Feb 26 Job Summary Kutak Rock LLP seeks an experienced attorney to join the firm’s Tax Credit Finance practice. This role provides the ability to build knowledge and skills with a variety of transactional matters, including tax, energy, debt, and equity financing and real estate matters, while working closely with experienced partners. Ideal candidates are interested in joining a growing transactional practice covering deals across the country involving partnerships and corporations, tax and tax credits, real estate, and secured lending and equity finance.

- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating associated financing agreements and reviewing associated diligence

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience
- Must be currently admitted to practice with an active bar license in good standing of the locality of the office location in which the candidate sits
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in one of the following areas of practice: Tax and tax credits, partnerships, corporations, real estate, and secured lending and equity finance
- Candidates with a portable book of business given preference, but not required
Position Information Status: Exempt Salary Range: $180,000-$300,000+ base salary, per year. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including experience, office location, originations, and portable book of business. Work Arrangement: Hybrid, in either Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Philadelphia, PA; Richmond, VA; or Washington, D.C.
